1. Filing a Copyright Notice

If you think your work has been reached through our service without permission, send us a written notice with all of the following:

• your signature, physical or electronic
• a clear description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed
• the exact URL or video link involved, so we can find it
• how to reach you: name, address, and email
• a statement that you genuinely believe the use wasn't authorized by the owner, an agent, or the law
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or allowed to act for them

2. Pushing Back (Counter-Notice)

If you think a video was blocked by mistake, you can file a counter-notice. Include your signature, which material was affected and where, a statement under penalty of perjury that you genuinely believe it was removed in error or misidentified, your contact details, and your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

3. How We Handle It

When a valid notice lands, we block the reported video across the whole site quickly, and we let any affected user know where that makes sense. If a valid counter-notice comes in, we may put access back after a fair review window, usually 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who filed the claim takes it to court.

4. Repeat Offenders

Users who pile up repeated valid copyright notices can have their access limited or cut off, in line with the law.

5. Don't Misrepresent

Filing a false claim or counter-claim, or knowingly giving wrong information, can land you in legal trouble. Please make sure whatever you send is accurate and made in good faith.
