Enter the email address you used when you bought Premium. We send a link that signs you straight in, so there is no password to create or reset.
Each login link works once and expires 15 minutes after it is sent. Requesting a new one cancels the previous link, so always open the most recent email.
Check your spam folder first. If the link is not there either, that address most likely has no active Premium plan on it. Try the address on your payment receipt, or contact us and we'll look it up for you.
